Unfortunately, deliveries to other countries are not possible at this time.
The reason lies in national regulations concerning the disposal of electrical devices: Each delivery country requires a separate contract to comply with the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and registration with the respective national authorities. There is currently no uniform EU-wide solution, which means that each country has its own, sometimes very complex, regulations and reporting obligations. Due to the significant costs and administrative effort involved, we are focusing on our most important markets.

Although the EU aims to simplify intra-European trade, these requirements unfortunately create new barriers that significantly restrict the free movement of goods.


Shipping Conditions

Delivery is carried out by DHL and its partner companies.

Deliveries within Germany: €7.90 incl. 19% VAT

Deliveries to EU member states: €14.50 incl. 19% VAT

Delivery Times

The estimated shipping time for each product is indicated in the respective product description.

The actual delivery time consists of the processing time before dispatch and the shipping duration.

Processing time before dispatch:

Depending on the ordered product and quantity, processing time varies from immediate dispatch to a maximum of 2 months.

Please refer to the details in the individual product descriptions.

Shipping duration:

• Within Germany: approx. 2 – 5 working days

• To other EU countries: approx. 3 – 10 working days, depending on the destination country

Special notes:

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order multiple items with different shipping times, they will be shipped together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed.

In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest shipping time.
