Shipping Costs

• Domestic deliveries (Germany): €7.90 (incl. VAT)
• Deliveries to EU member states: €14.50 (incl. VAT)
• Deliveries to non-EU countries: €29.00 (excl. VAT)

Delivery Times

The estimated dispatch time for each product is specified in the respective product description. The actual delivery time consists of both the processing time before dispatch and the shipping duration.

Processing Time Before Dispatch: Depending on the product and order quantity, the processing time varies from immediate dispatch to a maximum of 2 months. Please refer to the product description for details.

Shipping Duration:

• Within Germany: approx. 2 – 5 business days
• To other EU countries: approx. 3 – 10 business days, depending on the destination country

Special Notes: No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you order multiple items with different dispatch times, they will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest dispatch time.
